Welcome to the Canvas at Penn status page. The purpose of this page is to provide real-time information about unexpected service issues, outages, and scheduled maintenance for supported educational technologies from the Courseware Team at Penn Libraries.
Our goal is to update this page as soon as we are alerted to an issue. Please keep in mind that updates may be delayed due to information provided by third-party vendors and reports made outside of regular business hours. If you experience an issue that has not yet been reported, please contact canvas@pobox.upenn.edu.

Gradescope will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance by the vendor.
- To avoid issues, instructors are encouraged to set due dates for Gradescope assignments outside of the scheduled maintenance window.
- Students are encouraged to submit Gradescope assignments in advance of affected due dates.
Canvas and all other integrated tools will be available and unaffected by this maintenance.
