Welcome to the Canvas at Penn status page. The purpose of this page is to provide real-time information about unexpected service issues, outages, and scheduled maintenance for supported educational technologies from the Courseware Team at Penn Libraries.
Our goal is to update this page as soon as we are alerted to an issue. Please keep in mind that updates may be delayed due to information provided by third-party vendors and reports made outside of regular business hours. If you experience an issue that has not yet been reported, please contact canvas@pobox.upenn.edu.

Panopto & Zoom Canvas Integration Downtim- 5/21

On Tuesday May 21st from 8am to 9:30am Eastern the Panopto and Zoom integrations may be unavailable in Canvas due to a scheduled upgrade.
During this period the Class Recordings/Panopto Recordings and Zoom buttons in Canvas sites may be unavailable. Both tools will be available during this period by accessing them directly. It is just the integrations in Canvas that will be unavailable.
Canvas and all other integrated tools will be available and unaffected by this upgrade.
