Welcome to the Canvas at Penn status page. The purpose of this page is to provide real-time information about unexpected service issues, outages, and scheduled maintenance for supported educational technologies from the Courseware Team at Penn Libraries.

Our goal is to update this page as soon as we are alerted to an issue. Please keep in mind that updates may be delayed due to information provided by third-party vendors and reports made outside of regular business hours. If you experience an issue that has not yet been reported, please contact canvas@pobox.upenn.edu.

Students who encountered the "Failed to Fetch" error message should ensure they are reconnected before proceeding with their quiz.

Identified - Some users may encounter a "Failed to Fetch" error when accessing New Quizzes. This issue has been reported to the vendor and they are working to resolve it as soon as possible. For updates, please see Instructure's status page: https://status.instructure.com/

Canvas and all other integrated tools are available and working normally.
